Can we use our house as well?
Of course, it is your house and it is available for you, your friends and family to use the house whenever you want. You can block off when you want to use the house in the portal or call us up on 03 443 1919 and we will block it off for you.
Are pets allowed in the booking?
That is up to you to decide whether you would like to allow pets to your house or not.
Do you use SmartLocks?
It is our preference to have smart locks installed as this helps increase revenue for you and is the most convenient for guests to enter the house using a code, plus it is better for security as the code is only available for the guest during their stay.
Does WanaStay take care of maintenance?
Yes, WanaStay can take care of maintenance, we have a network of local trades and services that we utilise to facilitate this. We can arrange lawnmowing, carpet cleaning, painting etc plus anything else that may be required. However as the owner you are also welcome to resolve any maintenance issues.
Dynamic Pricing
WanaStay uses dynamic pricing. During slow seasons, prices drop to increase revenue, and during peak seasons, you're paid the market rate, optimising your returns for your house.
Smart Locks
At WanaStay we use smart locks whenever possible for our houses. The guests get codes to access the house only during their stay and expire afterwards, which is best for security.
Local Manager
We always have a local BNB manager available to tackle any issues that may arise during guest stays. Whether it be a blocked sink or not able to operate the TV, someone is always available.
Professional photos
We always want to show your BNB in the best possible light to ensure you get the most bookings possible. One way we do this is professional photography. Great photography sets your BNB apart.
